New Vacancy – Finance Administrator

Home-Start provides vital support to families with children under 5 years.

Over the last year we have extended our work across Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow. Last year we helped make a difference to the lives of over 400 families and 700 children.

We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator.

Finance Administrator part time up to 21 hours per week ideally 2-3 days.

Salary Level NJC 26-28, 21 hours, £15,147-£16,087 including outer London allowance.

(£25,246-£26,812 full time equivalent) plus contributory pension.

Working with a small passionate staff team for a vibrant local family support charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our finance and administration run smoothly and effectively.

We are looking for a well organised administrator with a good understanding of financial processes and procedures. You will be responsible for day to day financial administration and work with the Director and Treasurer to prepare budgets and annual accounts. You will provide administration support to the Board of Trustees, which meets 6 times per year on a Wednesday evening.

The role is based at our East Sheen office with occasional working from our Hounslow office. The hours are up to 21 hours per week, ideally working over three days.
